This 6 week functional training program is designed to help you build strength, speed, and athletic power — no matter your starting point. If you love feeling explosive, agile, and capable in every movement, this one’s for you.
Power Play combines strength training, conditioning, and athletic drills to push your performance and challenge your limits — all while keeping your body moving at its best.
3 workouts per week: strength, power, + functional focus
Athletic movement, explosive training, + conditioning
Core + mobility included
Required gym equipment: dumbbells, resistance bands, medicine ball, freestanding landmine barbell (can modify if needed), box or platform to jump, rope or TRX bands.Preferred equipment: barbell/squat rack, jump rope, kettlebells, treadmill
