MY STORY

I believe there’s power in showing up—especially when it’s hard. There’s a lot to say about staying consistent, pushing past your limits, and staying true to the reason you started. Strength isn’t just physical—it’s also mental. When you commit to the work, even on the tough days, you build resilience and confidence that can be transformative; that’s where results are built.

I grew up playing sports, but never anything beyond high school. I didn’t start taking my fitness seriously until I joined the police academy in 2021. That experience flipped a switch for me, it became more about showing up, performing under pressure, and pushing past my limits. That’s when I truly started implementing other aspects of fitness outside of “just the gym.”

Since then, fitness has become so much more than just a physical outlet. It’s my discipline, my structure, and my reminder that consistency wins every time—and that has poured out into multiple areas of my life. My approach to training is built on showing up when it’s hard, doing the work even when you don’t feel like it, and committing to the long process.

That’s the foundation I bring into everything I do—and it’s what I help others build. Because when you lock into your discipline and stop waiting for motivation to show up, growth begins.
